How do I schedule a session?

Are sessions offered in-person or online?
Most sessions are conducted via secure video (telehealth) for clients in Arizona, Florida, and New York. In-person appointments may be available by request in Tucson, Arizona, depending on location and availability.
What ages do you work with?
I work primarily with adults and older teens. If you’re seeking services for a younger child, I can provide appropriate referrals.
How often will we meet?
Most clients meet weekly, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and needs.

What are your session rates?
• Individual Therapy: $125
• Couples and Relationship Support: $150
• Emotional Support Animal Evaluations: $150
How long is each session?
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is focused on getting to know you—your goals, concerns, and expectations. We’ll also review confidentiality and answer any questions you may have.
What is your therapeutic approach?
My approach is non-pathologizing and strength-based. I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Faith-based perspectives are available upon request.
Payment & Office Policies
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include:
• Credit and debit cards
• Zelle
• PayPal
• Cash App
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes. I ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Please see the Cancellation Policy for full details.
Can I bring someone with me to a session?
Yes, in some cases. Please discuss this with me beforehand to ensure it supports your treatment goals.
Other Common Questions
Do you provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters?
Yes. I provide ESA evaluations in line with clinical and legal standards. Letters are only issued when appropriate, and not all evaluations result in documentation.
Do you offer therapy in Spanish?
Yes. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share is kept confidential, except in cases required by law such as safety concerns or mandatory reporting.
What if I’m in crisis or need immediate help?
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, available 24/7. I do not provide emergency or crisis services.
